分为两大类：Express Entry BC 和 Skills Immigration

快速通道类Express Entry BC

又分为Skilled Worker、Health Care Professional、International Graduate 和International Post-Graduate。

1. 技术移民Skilled Worker：

   • 已有联邦快速通道Express Entry Profile Number和 Job Seeker Validation Code；
   • BC省雇主已提供职业类别为NOC 0, A, B的全职工作机会；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之内，需要至少已经雇佣5名全职员工；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之外，需要至少已经雇佣3名全职员工；
   • 至少2年相关工作经验；

2. 健康护理专家Health Care Professional：

   • 已有联邦快速通道Express Entry Profile Number和 Job Seeker Validation Code；
   • BC省雇主已提供下面全职工作机会：
     1. physician
     2. specialist
     3. registered nurse
     4. registered psychiatric nurse
     5. nurse practitioner
     6. allied health professional such as a:
        1. diagnostic medical sonographer
        2. clinical pharmacist
        3. medical laboratory technologist
        4. medical radiation technologist
        5. occupational therapist
        6. physiotherapist
   • 如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之内，需要至少已经雇佣5名全职员工；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之外，需要至少已经雇佣3名全职员工；
   • 至少2年相关工作经验；

   • 在过去3年中在BC省在下面领域获得了研究生或博士学位：
     1. agriculture
     2. biological and biomedical sciences
     3. computer and information sciences and support services
     4. engineering
     5. engineering technology
     6. health professions and related clinical sciences
     7. mathematics and statistics
     8. natural resources conservation and research
     9. physical sciences

技术移民类Skills Immigration

又分为Skilled Worker、Health Care Professional、International Graduate 、International Post-Graduate和Entry Level and Semi-Skilled。

1. 技术移民Skilled Worker：

   • BC省雇主已提供职业类别为NOC 0, A, B的全职工作机会；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之内，需要至少已经雇佣5名全职员工；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之外，需要至少已经雇佣3名全职员工；

5. 技工移民Entry Level and Semi-Skilled：

   • BC省雇主已提供在tourism/hospitality, long-haul trucking, or the food processing industry行业里的全职工作机会；如果雇主位于the Northeast Development Region区域内，可以是任何NOC C或D职位；
   • 如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之内，需要至少已经雇佣5名全职员工；如果雇主在Greater Vancouver Regional District之外，需要至少已经雇佣3名全职员工；
   • 申请人已经为该雇主工作至少9个月；
   • 至少高中毕业文凭；

不列颠哥伦比亚省提名商业移民

分为两类：Entrepreneur Immigration 和 Strategic Projects

企业家移民Entrepreneur Immigration

1. 申请要求：
   • 拥有至少60万加元的资产证明；
   • 至少3年的企业主经验或4年的高管经验，或1年的企业主经验加2年的高管经验；
   • 拥有大专以上学历或在过去5年中拥有3年管理100%股权的企业主经验（股权可以本人、配偶或未成年子女）；
2. 在BC省开办企业的要求：
   • 在持工作许可抵达BC省后的20个月内投资至少20万加元开办新生意或购买已有生意；
   • 如果帮助1名现有员工（NOC 0, A类）获得省提名移民，需要至少投资40万加元；
   • 必须雇佣至少1名非申请人家庭成员的加拿大公民或移民；
   • 持有工作许可并参与日常的经营；
   • 居住在距离开办生意100公里之内；
   • 在提交省提名申请时需要证明在BC省居住了75%的时间；
   • 需在抵达BC省18-20个月后提交省提名申请。
3. 不符合投资要求的商业类别：
   • an immigration-linked investment scheme pursuant to Provincial Immigration Programs Regulation section 6(e) and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) section 87(5)(b) and as defined in IRPR 87(9) any business where the terms of investment include a redemption option pursuant to IRPR 87(6)(d)
   • bed and breakfasts, hobby farms and home-based businesses
   • payday loan, cheque cashing, money changing and cash machine businesses
   • pawnbrokers
   • scrap metal recycling
   • coin-operated laundries
   • automated car wash operations
   • businesses selling used goods (excluding businesses that provide value-added services such as repairs, refurbishing or recycling)
   • real estate development/brokerage, insurance brokerage or business brokerage
   • businesses involved in producing, distributing or selling pornography or sexually explicit
   • products or services, or providing sexually oriented services
   • any other type of business that by association would tend to bring the BC PNP or the　Government of British Columbia into disrepute
4. 申请流程：

注意：

BC省企业家移民实行在线注册邀请(EOI) 制，只有综合评分较高的申请人才会被邀请提交正式申请。请联系永信评估并制定申请方案。

公司投资类Strategic Projects

可最多为5名主要员工申请省提名移民

1.  申请要求：
   • 在原住国经营状况良好；
   • 证明需要被提名的员工对在加拿大开办公司的重要性；
   • 在原住国一般有150名员工，年营业额一般不少于2千万加元；
   • 至少投资50万加元新建或购买一个生意；
   • 为每1名需要移民的员工创造3名本地就业。
